Rest in Peace, Beanie Adolph

A decades-long champion for homeowners passed away in November, 2024. I still remember the day Beanie first proposed her plan to expose all that’s rotten caused by abusive associations. Perhaps it’s not yet all exposed, but across Texas, and nationally, the need for homeowner protections is now widely recognized. Beanie played a huge part in making that happen.

In the 2021 Texas Legislative Session, homeowners were helped immensely by the Texas Realtors. In particular, they promoted SB 1588, which adds important protection on subjects ranging from religious freedom, to improved hearing procedures, and a small amount of statewide data gathering.
