The HOA Reform Coalition will hold its 2015 Conference on October 24, in Houston, Texas. The focus will be to start planning for the next Legislative Session. Lawyers and property managers for associations already have been heard to call for changes in laws. We must be ready.

Past conferences have provided excellent forums to discuss priorities for the future, as well as to learn from the past. There will also be discussion of how to successfully organize to have good people elected to your HOA board. And we can have fun reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and honoring our own Mary Lou Durham, who played a critical role to obtain needed legislation in 2015.
